Fee information for Summer 2025
For each additional week booked, you will pay a lower price than the previous week. 
 
Fees Include: 

Cost of Tuition ● Snacks ● Accident Insurance ● Arts & Crafts supplies ● Camp T-shirt ● Friday Pizza

Registration Fees: 

$75 for the first child and $50 for any additional siblings

Single Day Rates: 

Full Day PreK-5th - $175
Full Day 6th-8th - $195
Mini Day - $145 

Aftercare:

$12.00/Hour
$140 (pre-paid) for the week (5 days)
$950.00  (pre-paid) for the full 7 weeks
Aftercare is billed weekly to your parent portal account
Please note there are no refunds for missed days

Workshops Only:
(Classes meet before or after camp)

This program is designed for students who will be entering grades K-8 in September 2025 
Please note: Some workshops require an additional materials fee. 
One Workshop/Week - $175
Two Workshops/Week - $300 

Counselor in Training Program: 

This program is designed for students who are entering grades 9 or 10 in September 2025.
A minimum of 3 weeks is required for employment after the completion of 10th grade

-3 weeks minimum: $2,215
-Weekly Rate: $700 (After attending 3 weeks)

-Full Summer (7 weeks): $4,600

Discounts: 
(To be reflected on the tuition statement) 

Leap Frog Discount: If registered and PAID IN FULL before February 1, 2025 families will receive a 5% discount off total cost of tuition.

Early Bird Discount: There will be a $10/week discount per week per camper for all registration received and PAID IN FULL before May 1, 2025.
(Any changes made to the initial registration after May 1st will void the Early Bird Discount.
For any additions made after May 1st, families will be billed at the regular tuition rate.) 

Sibling Discount: For each additional sibling there is a discount of $10 per child, per week. 

Camp Tuition MUST BE PAID IN FULL prior to the first day of Camp on June 30th, 2025

Schedule Revisions entail Adding or Dropping days ONLY. Swapping is NOT permitted.
This request must be submitted to campoffice@campharbor.org for approval.
All revisions will be reflected on the camp parent portal.

Any new registrations received after June 30th must be paid in full at the time of enrollment and/or prior to the camper's first day at camp.
